BhavishyaGPT (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology readings at bhavishyagpt.in (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. If you sign in with Google or create an account with an email and password, we store your name, email address, and profile image.
Birth chart details. To generate a natal chart and readings, we collect the birth date, time, place, and (optionally) name and gender you provide. This data is stored so you can revisit your saved charts and conversation history.
Questions and readings.We store the questions you ask and the answers generated for you, so your chat history is available across sessions and devices when you’re signed in.
Device and usage data.For visitors who are not signed in, we use a device fingerprint and your IP address to apply free-usage limits and to prevent abuse. We also use a session cookie to keep track of your conversation if you’re browsing without an account.
Payment data. If you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment processors (Dodo Payments and/or PhonePe). We receive and store a transaction reference and plan/tier information — we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
We use the information above to: generate your astrological charts and readings; maintain your conversation history; authenticate you and keep your account secure; enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse; process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance; and improve the Service.
Your questions and relevant chart context are sent to our AI provider (MiniMax) to generate readings. This provider processes the data to return a response and may temporarily process it under their own terms; we do not authorize them to use your data to train models on our behalf beyond what is required to provide the response.
We also rely on infrastructure providers — Vercel for hosting, Neon for our database, and Google for sign-in — each of whom processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We use a small number of cookies — an authentication/session cookie and a session identifier for guests — to keep you signed in and to remember your conversation. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain account information, saved charts, and chat history for as long as your account is active, so that your readings remain available to you. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your rights” below).
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and signed session cookies — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, correct, or delete your saved charts and account information from within the app, or by contacting us at brawlstarsbal@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
