These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BhavishyaGPT at bhavishyagpt.in (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BhavishyaGPT generates Vedic astrology charts and AI-produced readings based on the birth details you provide. Readings are produced by large language models and are intended for entertainment, reflection, and informational purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice — and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional for important life decisions.
You may use the Service as a guest with limited free questions, or create an account via Google sign-in or email/password for a saved chart, conversation history, and additional usage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
We offer a limited number of free readings per visitor. Paid plans (such as reading packs or unlimited monthly access) unlock additional usage and are billed through our payment processors (Dodo Payments and/or PhonePe). Prices, included credits, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable once a plan has been activated or credits have been used, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law or stated otherwise at checkout.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or rate limits (including by use of automated tools, multiple accounts, or falsified device/identity signals); reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or use the Service to generate content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
THE SERVICE AND ALL READINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OR NOT REFLECT ANY ESTABLISHED ASTROLOGICAL TRADITION, AND SHOULD NOT BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BHAVISHYAGPT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY READING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without affecting any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
